Favenoro™ and favenoro.com are operated by Hangzhou Re-edit Technology Co., Ltd. In these Terms, “Favenoro™,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that company, while “you” and “your” refer to the visitor, account holder, or customer.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or using a store feature, you agree to these Terms and the applicable policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

Any new features, services, or tools added to the store may also be subject to these Terms.

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or place of residence, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian where legally permitted, to make a purchase.

You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement. Our products and services may not be used for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

We aim to describe Favenoro™ decorative coasters accurately, including applicable dimensions, materials, shape, finish, quantity, design details, and included components.

Product specifications vary by design, so please review the applicable product page carefully before placing an order.

• Colors and finishes may appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, and photography.
• Minor variations in texture, tone, measurements, surface finish, pattern placement, or decorative details are not necessarily defects.
• Holders, stands, packaging accessories, or other items are included only when the applicable product page states that they are included.
• Lifestyle photographs may contain furniture, drinkware, decorative objects, or styling accessories that are not included with the purchased product.

We may correct errors, update descriptions, or discontinue products. If a material error affects an order you already placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate solution, which may include cancellation and a refund.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. Acceptance generally occurs when fulfillment or dispatch is confirmed, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including inventory errors, genuine pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment authorization failure, shipping restrictions, or inability to fulfill the order.

If payment has already been collected for a canceled item, we will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless our store clearly displays another currency. Shipping charges, taxes, duties, or other fees collected by us will be displayed during checkout where applicable.

You are responsible for charges imposed separately by your bank, card issuer, customs authority, or other applicable institution that are not collected by us during checkout.

Payment must be made through a payment method offered during checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

We may correct a genuine pricing or calculation error. If the correction materially changes an existing order, we may request your approval or cancel the affected item and issue the applicable refund.

Orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days. During holidays, promotional periods, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may require up to 5 business days.

Estimated standard U.S. carrier transit time is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable shipping address. If we learn that an order cannot be shipped within an applicable promised period, we will provide the notice, revised estimate, cancellation option, refund, or other remedy required by applicable law.

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to the conditions and exclusions described in our Return & Refund Policy .

Contact Favenoro™ customer support before sending any merchandise so we can provide the applicable return instructions and correct return location.

Once an approved return has been received, inspected, and approved, we generally initiate the eligible refund within 5–10 business days. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the credit.

We do not charge a restocking fee for an approved return. The company's registered business address is not automatically the merchandise return address.

Inspect your order promptly after delivery. If a Favenoro™ coaster, coaster set, or included component arrives damaged, incomplete, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the applicable product description, contact service@favenoro.com as soon as possible.

We recommend reporting the issue within 7 calendar days after delivery where practical and including your order number together with clear photographs or video showing the product, packaging, received components, and shipping label.

The recommended reporting period does not shorten the applicable 30-day return window or any non-waivable legal right.

Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, reshipment, refund, return solution, or another appropriate remedy.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will make reasonable efforts to help but cannot guarantee a modification after processing or fulfillment has begun.

No cancellation fee is charged when an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment.

Once an order has been dispatched, it generally cannot be canceled and may need to follow the applicable return procedure.

Refusing delivery does not automatically guarantee a refund and may result in carrier or return charges where permitted by applicable law.

Promotions and discount codes are subject to their stated dates, eligibility requirements, exclusions, and inventory availability.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash, applied retroactively, transferred, or combined with other promotional codes.

We may withdraw or correct a promotion affected by genuine error, fraud, abuse, or unauthorized distribution, subject to applicable law. Refunds generally reflect the amount actually paid after applicable discounts.

Favenoro™ decorative coasters should be used for their intended household tabletop purpose and handled in accordance with applicable product information and care instructions.

• Place coasters on a stable, clean, and reasonably level surface.
• Follow the applicable product care instructions before cleaning.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals unless the product instructions expressly permit them.
• Avoid dropping, bending, striking, or otherwise subjecting decorative coasters to unnecessary impact.
• Do not expose a product to temperatures, liquids, or conditions outside those reasonably suitable for its stated material and intended use.
• Keep packaging materials and any small detachable components away from young children and pets.

Favenoro™ decorative coasters are home goods and are not toys. Customers are responsible for reasonable use, placement, storage, and care consistent with the applicable product information.

Our online store is primarily intended for personal and household purchases. We may reasonably limit quantities, request additional verification, or decline orders that appear to involve fraud, unauthorized resale, or misuse.

Contact us before placing a commercial or unusually large bulk order.

You may not represent yourself as an authorized Favenoro™ distributor, dealer, agent, affiliate, or representative without our prior written permission.

The Favenoro™ name, branding, website design, original text, graphics, photographs, videos, and other store content are owned by or licensed to us and may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Product names, designs, images, or trademarks belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable permission to access the store for lawful shopping and informational purposes.

You may not reproduce, sell, scrape, publish, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit protected store content without prior authorization except where applicable law permits otherwise.

You may submit reviews, photographs, comments, or other content when you have the right to share that content. You retain ownership of your original content.

Nothing in these Terms restricts or penalizes an honest review or opinion about our products, service, or conduct.

We may moderate content that contains private information, infringes rights, is unlawful, harassing, obscene, unrelated, spam, or clearly false or misleading where permitted by law.

You may not use the Favenoro™ store to:

• Violate applicable law, regulations, sanctions, or the rights of another person.
• Submit fraudulent orders, false information, malicious code, or unauthorized payment information.
• Interfere with website security, functionality, performance, or another customer's use of the store.
• Collect personal information without authorization or use automated tools in a manner that unreasonably burdens the website.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship with Favenoro™.
• Circumvent purchase limits, security controls, or fraud-prevention measures.

We may reasonably restrict access when necessary to address prohibited conduct, protect customers, or comply with applicable law.

Our store may rely on or provide access to third-party services such as Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers, advertising services, and social-media platforms.

Their own terms and privacy practices may apply when you use their services. A link to a third-party service does not necessarily mean that Favenoro™ endorses all content or practices of that third party.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, or content of third parties outside our reasonable control. This does not remove responsibilities imposed on us by applicable law.

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruption, labor action, government measures, conflict, epidemic, infrastructure failure, or widespread network outage.

We will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact on affected orders and keep customers appropriately informed. This section does not limit a right to cancel, receive a refund, or obtain another remedy where applicable law requires it.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access.

Product warranties, remedies, and statutory protections are those expressly provided by us or required by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Favenoro™ and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of the store or products where such loss was not reasonably foreseeable.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability relating to a claim will not exceed the amount actually paid for the product or order giving rise to that claim.

These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot legally be excluded, or any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.

These Terms are governed by laws applicable to the relevant transaction without removing mandatory consumer protections available under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms requires a customer to waive access to a court, regulator, or remedy that applicable law makes available.

If a concern arises, please contact Favenoro™ customer support first so we can attempt to resolve the matter promptly. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue available remedies in a court or forum with lawful jurisdiction.

If a provision of these Terms is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed as necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

A delay or failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.

These Terms and applicable policies incorporated by reference form the agreement regarding use of our online store and purchases, except for product-specific or promotional terms clearly presented to you.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our website, products, services, business practices, or legal obligations. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
